Recipes & Remedies
In my family we follow a GAPs (Gut and Psychology Syndrome) diet currently as we are working to heal our guts and reduce our reactions to foods. I have listed recipes from my own blog which are ones I have made or adapted myself, I have also listed links below to recipes on other blogs that have been really helpful. All the recipes are Grain, Gluten, Sugar and can be dairy free. Some (not all) contain nuts and some suggest dairy, but also include alternatives. We do use a lot of eggs so there might not be much for egg allergy sufferers.
We do also try and keep things as natural as possible, and where I can I use natural remedies and treatments.
