GAPs Weekly Plan

Lots of people ask me what we eat on GAPs as I think it seems so far away from a "normal western diet", so I thought I'd post our weekly meal plans and the recipes to give anyone else out there working their way through the diet some ideas.  In reality I can't say my weekly meal plans always go exactly to plan, but generally we tend to stick to the main meals to add in left overs and change snacks around as they run out!
 
I am going to try and post recipes gradually so if I can link up with a recipe I will.

SCD sausages with mayonnaise, salad and sauerkraut
Chicken Fajitas
Granola Bar
Strawberries
Avacado smoothie
Wednesday
Pancakes with blueberry coconut panna cotta
Chicken & Vegetable Nuggets and Sauerkraut
Cod with tomato and almond topping with peas and green beans.  
Apple
Raisins
Muffins
Thursday
Granola with strawberries, apple and coconut kefir. 
SCD Venison Burgers and Salad and sauerkraut.
Cottage Pie with Cauliflower mash
Almond flour pancakes
Bananas
Friday
Nitrate Free Bacon & Mushroom mini quiche & sauerkraut
Tuna mayonnaise & cucumber wraps with sauerkraut
Waffle Pizzas with chicken and yellow peppers. 
Banana
Melon
Almond and Coconut crackers
Saturday
Coconut Kefir;
Water Kefir; 
Iced Latte
Chicken & Salad with Cranberry Sauce
MixedVegetable Soup;
Lamb Curry with Coconut Kefir
