We came back this week from a lovely family holiday in sunny Spain. The weather that greeted us here has been lovely most of the week, however on Friday the rain and cold hit! After a miserable wet dog walk I wanted something the cheer me up, to have with my GAPs friendly coffee. We just recently graduated to some more advanced items on Full GAPs like coco powder and after a quick surf on the net for inspiration I decided these looked great. Ingredient check and yes everything was in the cupboard!
They were so easy to make and whilst this isn't my photo, I can honestly say hand on heart that mine looked just like this and they tasted fantastic. Thomas said they were the best thing he had eaten ever!! They are grain free and sugar free, using only eggs, almond flour, butter, coco, honey, vanilla and little bicarbonate of soda. LUSH!! Hats off Sienna your experimenting paid off!
